Terms
• Unattended internal parking
• Children under 2 are free; however, it is necessary to mention it at the moment of booking
Laundry
• Bed and bathroom linens are changed 2 times a week for B&B, and weekly for the apartment
• Daily cleaning of the rooms for B&B . Upon request, the extraordinary change of linen costs € 10 per person.
Parking
• The car park is inside the fence.
• The car park is unattended. We decline any responsibility for damages or theft to the parked vehicles and, anyhow, to any object left outside the rooms
Liability
• Moreover, we decline any responsibility in case of theft or loss of unattended objects inside the property.
